Responsibilities:
Search, select and headhunt candidates
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates including phone interviews, in-person interviews, and virtual interviews
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the process
Perform full-cycle recruitment
Cooperate directly with international customers and managers on a daily basis

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an IT recruitment specialist or recruitment agencies
Good understanding of IT market and technology trends
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting required in Technology/Engineering Industry
Ability to lead the full-cycle recruitment process
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in communication with foreign clients
English intermediate
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
