Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B IT Sales;
- 1+ years experience as Sales Manager with Upwork platform;
- Hands-on experience with sales tools like G-suite services, multiple CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho), and Chrome extensions;
- Proven track record of successfully pitching for new customers and of successfully closed deals;
- Experience with handling client’s objections;
- Strong knowledge of software development process;
- High energy, positive attitude, result-oriented, and excellent communication/presentation skill
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
- Advanced English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in the non-IT field would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and forecast a sales acquisition pipeline on the Upwork;
- To build key customer relationships;
- Close deals and celebrate successful contracts;
- Control the payment process and supervise the performance of each agreement;
- Cooperate with other sales, account and marketing team to achieve the companies goals.
