Junior IT Recruiter (offline)
Requirements:
• At least 1+ years of IT recruitment experience
• Intermediate English
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Deep understanding of technologies .Net stack, JS, Clouds
• Knowledge of the IT market and the latest trends
• Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details
• Ability to work with all levels of management
Responsibilities:
• Preparation, publication & promotion of the vacancies
• Active search of candidates, by using all sources
• Applicant tracking
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision makers, evaluate candidates soft skills and find the best culture fit
• Analysis of the recruitment process and reporting
• Guiding and supporting other hiring team members at all of the recruitment stages, providing them with detailed candidate reports
