Testing Team Lead (offline)

Required skills:
• 8+ years experience in Software Testing (Automation +Manual).
• Must have worked on Pharma /healthcare projects.
• Must have testing experience with SAMD (Software as a medical device).
• Experience with Selenium or other test automation tool is a must.
• Expert understanding of application development, and methodologies, superior communication skills.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other DevOps tooling.
• Experience planning for test effort in complex, large scale global apps, x-divisional solutions.
• Knowledge of planning application releases.
• Expertise in Web Testing as well as Mobile Testing frameworks.
• Experience in managing large scale automation testing engagement.
• Managing and leading change activities in organizations.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all test phases – unit, system, integration, and functional testing and acceptance.
Ensure that all required testing deliverables are created including testing approach, testing scenarios, conditions and expected results, test scripts, and testing control sheets.
Execute formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off, and quality assurance review.
Engage all relevant stakeholders and secure the requisite sign-offs.
Manage test environment and test data.
Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
Effectively manage both Waterfall and Agile methodology driven projects.
Ensure the right set of tools to be used for testing the artifacts for efficient testing.
Well versed with DevOps, continuous testing, and automation methodologies and adapt them as required for testing the solutions.
High focus on reusability, optimization on testing whilst ensuring maximum test coverage for solutions.
Capture right metrics for test effectiveness and reporting to management.
