Customer Support Engineer (L1-L2) IRC118117 (offline)

Description:

The client’s unique encryption solutions are a cost-effective, easy way to proactively and transparently protect your data. Provided product is our powerful flagship platform that encrypts stored data right out of the box, with virtually no impact on performance. No changes to your program code.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Any technical background will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills. Good puzzle solver.
- Ability to review a set of facts received from the customer and determine the issue.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Level 1 support via email only:
- Determine if there is a technical issue.
- Ask follow-up questions via email.
- Interpret diagnostics that we receive back from a customer and work determine a cause of an issue.

Backend Customer records support:
- Create licenses for new purchases.
- Set up software downloads.
- Create license registration keys.
- Complete customer requests for information about their licenses.

Technology to be used:
Salesforce, Text files, Excel, our own license registration key generator, MySQL (simple scripts that have already been prewritten and need to be run).
