Job Responsibilities Include, But Aren’t Limited To

~ Providing support to our customers and addressing issues as they come up
~ Collaborating cross-functionally, communicating customer feedback to and working closely with the Account Management and Product Management Teams on finding the best ways to improve our product
~ Creating scalable support practices (templates, documentation for internal and external use, etc)
~ Assisting with ongoing reporting needs
~ Contributing to our super cool culture through creativity and cleverness

The support team will cover these shifts (UA time):
Shift 1: 10a-6p
Shift 2: 2-10p
Shift 3: 7p-3a

About You

~ Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate Level and above preferred)
~ 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role
~ Go-getter attitude, ability to deal with ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
~ Love being the first line of support and troubleshooting issues
~ Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
~ Strong problem solving and communication skills
