In this role, you will
- Prepare and post job descriptions;
- Source candidates everywhere (IT communities, Linkedin Outreach, references);
- Coordinate interviews assuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers;
- Close vacancies;
- Make full cycle of recruitment.

Our ideal candidate has
- 6+ months of experience in IT recruitment
- Understanding of how to provide a smooth recruitment process
- Intermediate+ English
- Great communication skills and success-oriented approach
- Precision and attention to details, curiosity and strong wish to learn new things
- Experience using document management tools like Google Sheets and Google Docs
