.Net Technical Lead (offline)

Responsibilities:
- form a vision of the technical part of the Project for the development team and its implementation together with other team members
- code review
- solution architecture
- communication with team and managers, including tech questions and architecture vision

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience
- English communication skills (B2/C1)
self-motivated
- communicative
- can quickly get into architecture and technical docs and requirements
- able to quickly learn and work on an existing system

- C# (able to read VB)
- Restful API development
- SQL, Dapper
