Responsibilities:
● Gain expertise in the company’s various solutions to become a technical authority for the platform.
● Quickly respond to customer’s requests via ticketing system and other sources of communication, schedule support calls.
● Work with current product engineering, workarounds, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, updates, new functionality.
● Ensure that new releases have been implemented correctly, conduct system tests with a customer.
● Resolve escalated tickets.
● Work on implementation and initial installation of the product.
● Closely work with DevOps team and assist with open projects.
● Participate in support projects, weekly meetings.
Requirement & skills:
● 3+ years in Support Field.
● Advanced/Fluent English. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
● Stress resistance, ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere.
● Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
● Deep understanding and experience in networking, databases, central storage systems, security and infrastructure
● Basic understanding of Java debugging (Maven gradle)
● Advancer Linux user (shell scripting is a must)
● Dockers experience (docker swarm)
Nice to have:
● Experience in working with: JIRA, cloud VPC/Private cloud/Physical data center.
● Certification in Microsoft/Linux or Cisco.
● Information security background and certification.
● 1+ Year of Experience of Java.
● Ansible will be a plus.
● Experience with SQL.
● Kubernetes experience.
● Previous experience as a DevOps team member.
● Good time-management skills.
● Computer science or engineering background.
