About the project:

Our client’s company is a young, fast-growing HR group in Belgium with high ambitions, focusing on different HR services and HR tech. The different companies and people in their group are bound by their pioneering spirit and entrepreneurship.
The development team is building a groundbreaking HR eco-system that should allow our group and brands to position new innovative HR services in the market. The company’s core system is already up and running and is the center of our eco-system containing all our master data.

⇔ A Matching Service using machine learning technology that will help our consultants to find the best possible matches between candidates and companies

⇔ A Leads Service that should feed our consultants with more (unstructured, but qualitative) data from different sources

⇔ A Scheduling Service to optimize the planning of work schemes for employers and organizations, and to easily allow candidates to subscribe to available time slots

⇔ Rewards and Performance Services that should allow us to keep track of the company and sales performance and to make the best strategic decisions for the future


REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 3 years of solid experience with Angular
- Experience working with the latest versions of Angular
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Sass
- Proven working experience with TypeScript
- Material Design, specifically Angular Material implementation
- Previous experience working with Angular Nx would be a big plus
- Upper-intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate ideas and take an active role in the innovation process
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient frontend code
- Daily communication with the team
