Global Talent Operations team is looking for you, an experienced specialist, who will share our common goal to make the company better by matching the right people with the right projects. As a Staffing Lead, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for a Delivery Unit from the Operations Team side.

YOU ARE
Possessing at least 3 years of IT recruitment experience
Showing a deep understanding of IT market
Skilled in building staffing strategies, mitigation staffing risks, and coordination of staffing process
Having a strong motivation to manage customer's/partner's expectations
Result-oriented and willing to take responsibility
Having good communication and presentation skills
Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Defining the framework of cooperation with the strategic unit
Educating and advising hiring managers concerning staffing, support in daily staffing-related decision making
New clients engagement and project staffing planning by providing relevant information on staffing capabilities across the locations and sources, cost and timing, and previous experience
Staffing strategy definition and risk prevention
Ensuring and validating requirements in order to close vacancies in the most efficient way
Gathering and coordinating the whole staffing team, establishing effective collaboration between staffing team members, setting expectations on each stakeholder contribution, and monitoring mutual collaboration
Consulting and education about market specifics
Talent marketing campaigns initiation
Apprenticeship program consulting
Cross-location staffing: other locations' involvement, process driving, cross-location staffing team coordination
