Senior System Administrator (offline)

Skills required:

1. Expert level Linux system administration.
2. Expert level Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory.
3. Cloud technologies, Amazon AWS.
4. Virtualisation technologies, VMware, KVM, Proxmox.
5. Cloud Applications: MS Office365, Google Workspaces, etc.
6. Strong understanding with troubleshooting and problem solving IT infrastructure services.
7. Email administration skills.
8. Understanding security concepts, AV, encryption, MFA, firewalls, policies.
9. Backup solutions.
10. Strong networking skills, TCP/IP fundamentals (packet level analysis).
11. Network protocols including TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SIP, RTPIP routing protocols including BGP, OSPF.
12. Network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, load-balancing, monitoring.
13. Network security including firewalls, proxies, ACL, IPSec, VPN, SSL/TLS.
14. Ability to work with little or no supervision from direct manager.
15. Strong documentation skills.
16. Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect, automate, and manage corporate server infrastructure, cloud computing platforms, and enterprise applications.
2. Installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, monitoring and automating tasks for various systems like Active Directory Servers, Software Deployment Systems, MDM, DLP, etc.
3. Active Directory, including Group Policy creation and management.
4. Managing Cloud environments (Amazon AWS, MS Office 365, Google Workspaces, Vmware Workspace One, Zscaler, etc.).
5. Creating and updating tools for automation, including development of scripts via Powershell, Bash, Jenkins.
6. Lead Security initiatives (Encryption, Multi Factor Authentication, Vulnerability and Patch Management).
7. SSL VPN Remote Access Solutioning and Support.
8. Lead internal initiatives that result in highly available, redundant, resilient systems and services.
9. Establish a configuration management framework for servers, endpoint devices, and networks.
