Magento Team Lead (offline)

MISSION
Work together with the project manager, the product owner, and the customer
Coach other members of the development team, scrum mastering the team
Write reusable code and follow the latest developments in the field of Magento web design and development
You will build both beautiful front-ends (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and user-friendly back-ends for enterprise web applications
You will adapt or integrate third-party software with existing open source applications (Magento)

REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of professional background in Magento 2
• 2+ years of experience as a Team lead
• Proven experience and ability to manage people, processes and technology
• Extensive knowledge of PHP
• Good knowledge of OOP: design patterns, SOLID, best practices of application architecture
• Proficient experience with GIT
• Upper-intermediate level of English
