IT Recruiter

Scope of responsibilities:

Running recruitment process for IT positions
Creating, posting detailed job and project descriptions
Conducting face to face and telephone interviews
Creating competence reports after interviews
Performing search and selection activities for IT projects
Managing candidates database
Exploring new sourcing channels
Building lasting relationships with candidates
Support in employer branding activities

Requirements:

1-3 yrs of experience in recruiting or sourcing for IT roles
Knowledge and understanding of IT market
Direct search experience
Great team player
Positive and ‘can do’ attitude
Open for challenges
Well organized and goal oriented
Very good English communication skills
