Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities :

— Gathering, documenting, and managing requirements;
— Analyse needs and solutions;
— Facilitation stakeholders collaboration;
— Backlog prioritization/refinement;
— Solution evaluation;
— Describing business requirements to a development team;
— Product design development based on customer or business pain points;
— Participation in the pre-sale activity.

Required skills:

— BA professional experience;
— Turning customer ideas into functional documentation for the development team;
— Market research and providing product core values ideas;
— Ability to create product concept from the idea stage;
— Strong communication and presentation skills;
— Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and leadership skills;
— Strong communication and team-playing skills;
— English — Upper-Intermediate.
