Associate Outsource Manager (offline)

Навыки и требования:
- Высшее юридическое или экономическое образование;
- Опыт работы с договорами от 1 года;
- Уровень знания английского языка Intermediate+;
- Внимание к деталям и ответственность;
- Открытость в коммуникации;
- Уверенный пользователь MS Office & Excel.

Обязанности:
- Ведение и обновление базы подписанных договоров с внешними исполнителями;
- Составление договоров о предоставлении услуг, неразглашении информации на основе существующих шаблонов;
- Формирование актов о выполненной работе внешними подрядчиками на основе заявок от арт продюсеров;
- Ведение переговоров с Юридическим департаментом по вопросам подписания договоров;
- Ведение переговоров с Финансовым департаментом по вопросам осуществления платежей;
- Составление инструкций по процессу документооборота и взаимодействия с внешними подрядчиками и обновление существующих.
