IT/IP Lawyer (offline)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drafting and reviewing the terms of commercial contracts
2. Drafting and reviewing Service agreements
3. Drafting and reviewing privacy (confidential, data protection) agreements and contracts
4. Drafting and amending legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards
5. Drafting and reviewing various documents necessary for the companies’ operations, applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions, etc.
6. Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies\instructions
7. Research and advice on various legal matters within the scope of the company’s activity
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university
2. Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, Russian, and Ukrainian
3. Experience in Corporate and Commercial law
4. Experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, Service agreements, NDAs, POAs, MOMs, Data Protection Agreements, IPR agreements, etc.
5. 2 + years of professional experience in IT
6. Experience in drafting and amending Policies and similar documents
7. Knowledge of the functioning of the IT industry
8. Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English (writing and verbal)
WOULD BE A PLUS:
1. Knowledge of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and other privacy laws
2. Experience in passing due diligence and audits
3. Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and keen to take responsibility
4. Solid technical skills of O365 and confident user of legal databases
TYPICAL TASKS:
The UK and International contracts, agreements, invoices
NDA, GDPR compliance, etc.
SALARY:
Per-contract payment at a negotiable price or propose your option.
