IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in an IT company or IT recruitment agency;
- English - intermediate written;
- Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, HR practices, interviewing process;
- Solid communication skills;
- Result-orientation;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to multitask;
- Customer impact, market understanding;
- Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Gathering and clarifying requirements for different vacancies;
- Recruitment of engineers for core team, team extension and delivery departments;
- participation in employee onboarding, assessment, maintaining database records;
- working with subcontractors, including recruitment agencies.
