Data Analyst/ Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
• Experience in QA/BA/DA
• Strong theoretical knowledge of software testing (test design, documentation, bug reporting, etc.);
• Knowledge of interfaces/API;
• Understanding of requirement handling;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking to process information from different sources;
• Strong independently working skills and prioritizing properly;
• Ability to learn fast, go into details complex software systems;
• Competencies to communicate with the developers.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
• Collect requirements from mobile app development on APIs and specify these requirements in form of stories to backend teams.
• Specifying requirements is needed when:
· new APIs are required
· an existing API needs to be improved
· bugs are identified in APIs
• Creating test scripts in test tool.
• Testing APIs by using Postman or similar tools.
• Facilitate meetings between frontend and backend.
• Documentation:
· overview of the mobile apps use of backend APIs
· describe how APIs are used to Mobile Team in case of doubt
· cross reference between frontend – and backend tasks
· log on "broken contracts"
• Status reporting to Mobile Team on backend tasks.
• Communicating with customer about progress and product quality.
