Middle IT Recruiter (offline)
Required skills:
β 1+ experience in IT recruitment (technical and non-technical positions);
β Understanding of full-cycle recruitment process and different recruitment practices;
β Experience in candidate searching, headhunting, and interviewing;
β Good knowledge of general technology stack, platforms, etc;
β Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
β Able to handle multitasking effectively;
β Intermediate or higher English level.
Responsibilities:
β Full life-cycle of recruitment;
β Writing job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
β Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels and generate pipelines for each position;
β Maintain and update candidate database;
β Negotiate with potential candidates, screening CVs;
β Organizing and conducting HR, technical, project interviews with all interview members (candidates, technical experts, hiring managers.);
β Providing feedback on the staffing process;
β Organizing job-offer signings.
