Senior Interface Designer (offline)

You
You have experience. It’s important for us that you’re able to independently fulfill tasks, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for them. Ideally, you’d have at least 3 years of experience.
You are constantly improving. You know you can become better. You check new methodologies and processes, test tools, and learn from your mistakes (which we won’t judge – it’s human).
You can oversee a project from start to finish. You can clearly formulate the end goal, taking into account the project requirements and specifics, design a user interface and pass the project on to the development team correctly.
Attentive to details – you know that’s where the devil resides. You can spend an extra hour polishing a solution and won’t let yourself make a messy mockup. And if you miss a deadline, you’ll burn with shame, and we’ll ask for pictures ;)
You are proactive and have initiative. You’re not afraid to suggest ideas that might improve the team’s performance. If said ideas don’t improve our performance, we’ll blame you personally.
You love people. You want to make the world better, you’re ready to help a client, a colleague, or anyone who addresses you. This doesn’t mean that you have to like everyone around you or let them know directly to their face.
You listen and know how to be heard. We value strong communication skills, the ability to listen and persuade. Your English is at least Intermediate+. Just about all our clients speak English, and our designers often talk to them directly.
You have a cool portfolio. You’re proud of what you do, share your work with your colleagues, friends, and family. You publish projects on Behance or Dribbble. Maybe you even have your personal website with your work? We’d love to see that, too.

Something extra?
・You can create interactive prototypes. You can create a cool animation that will make an app or a website clearer and more vibrant.
・You understand the development processes. You have an idea of what happens after you finish your work and pass it on to developers. You also know how to avoid unnecessary complications in the dev and your design wisely.

・The tools we use are Figma, Notion, Jira, Float, Google docs, Slack, Zoom and Whimsical.
・We work on cool, complex projects. We do not celebrate mediocrity or engage the mundane. We need our fix of designer pleasure.
・Our jokes are inappropriate and often obscene, and we will not stop. Deal with it.
