- Experience on positions Head of Sales or (Pre) Sales manager 2+ years
- Advanced English: Verbal and Written both
- Soft skills: leadership, communication, energetic

- Experience in interviewing and hiring people in Sales Department
Key Tasks
- Delivery 2 Key Metrics quarterly: Revenue, Project Profit
- Grow and hire new people in Sales and LeadGeneration Department
- Structure, optimize and automate current processes
- Grow inbound LeadGeneration channels (Website + Clutch.co)
Job Responsibilities
- Daily meeting and motivation of PreSales and LeadGeneration managers
- Coordinating key information between PreSales and LeadGeneration managers
- Control key processes through CRM and automation tools
- Together with Recruiter hiring new people into PreSales and LeadGeneration departments
- Improve operation processes LeadGeneration + PreSales
