Business Analyst (offline)

Abona works in two directions - development of its own product and IT integration. We implement the necessary software, including our ERP system, in the work of our clients and provide full IT support.

Now we are looking for a Business Analyst in our Kiev office who will take an active part in our projects and make a useful contribution to the development of projects and the Company as a whole.

As part of our team, you will perform the following tasks:
- Regular interaction with representatives of the customer, users.
- Identification of needs and collection of customer requirements.
- Analysis of existing IT processes, provision of proposals for optimization, communication with process participants.
- Creating of BRD / SRS / UC for requirements and describing the impact on existing requirements.
- Support development and QA team in clarifications of requirements and manage change requests.
- Creating instructions to the developed/changed functionality.
- Providing methodological support to IT departments.

For the successful completion of tasks, it is important to have:
- Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of methods and tools of business analysis.
- Knowledge of methods and tools for requirements specification on a different level of details.
- Experience in modeling via BPMN, UML.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle.
- English — Upper-intermediate level (communication with partners from around the world).
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- PMI / IPMA certifications.
