Performance Analyst (offline) $878-1098

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of personal performance KPIs for all departments using the company’s metrics and reports
• Perform internal audit of personal performance results for all departments
• Optimize current performance reporting structure (KPI dashboards for all departments) and repeatable process
• Synthesize personal performance trends and business performance
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends
• Identify opportunities for personal performance improvement

Requirements
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong analytical skills
● Awareness of data visualization principles
● Equivalent work experience (2 years +)
● English level: Fluent or Advanced
● Higher education - Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (in the appropriate field)
● Hands-on experience with MS Excel (strong skills), ability to work with massive data array
● Hands-on experience with Google Sheets

Desired Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel- strong skills, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI is a plus
• Business school degree (in the appropriate field)
