Senior UX/UI Designer (web, mobile, SaaS) (offline)

Who we are looking for
– You have the ability to apply a high-fidelity wireframe/prototype approach and to create a user flow from scratch
– You carry an understanding of methodologies such as Design Thinking & Human-Centered Design
– You are fluent in translating UX and product strategy
– You can build complex and scalable design systems, supporting product growth and development for future iterations

What you will get to do
– Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond.
– Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience with a user-centric mindset
– Deliver high-level user stories, prototypes, design mockups, specs, and production assets
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
– Use Jira to track work and activities related to the process
– Prepare and present design to internal teams and key stakeholders
– Maintain and improve design systems and interaction libraries for reuse and commonality across experiences, interfaces, and applications.

What should you have
– 5+ years of UX, UI, or product design experience with a portfolio of mobile/web applications
– Build UX expertise across desktop and mobile
– Provide design leadership for the product team and a strategic perspective about product development
– Desire and ability to shape their team’s roadmap and goals by providing input from a user’s perspective, and ensures they’re pursuing achievable, measurable, and impactful goals
– Ability to think through product end-to-end (architecture, implementation, delivery, support) with the complex user, business, and technical requirements
– Deep knowledge of design principles and methods
– Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to design cohesively with an established design language
– Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or the like with the ability to maintain and improve the design
– Excellent communication and organization skills
