Talent Sourcer / IT Researcher (offline)

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Talent Sourcer/IT Researcher to join our HR Team and drive the candidate acquisition pipeline in order to find the best talent for the open roles.

🚀 What makes this vacancy unique?
In this role, you will be responsible for finding candidates for the open roles of Software Engineers (FrontEnd/BackEnd/Full Stack), QAs, and non-technical professionals to support our growth for 2021 and beyond. Assessment, further candidate’s processing and interviewing will be done by your colleagues - HR Managers, so that you could focus on getting relevant candidates interested and ready for the next step. This is a remote job - work from anywhere and bring meaningful value!

Requirements:
✅At least 1 year of experience finding talents for IT sector
✅Proven track record of your ability to follow the commitment within the agreed deadlines
✅ Experience finding candidates for FullStack/FrontEnd/BackEnd roles with successful hires
✅Ability to clearly communicate with candidates and pitch relevant career opportunities at Playson
✅Practical experience using different techniques to find relevant candidates (e.g. writing Boolean search strings, X-ray, etc.)
✅Experience with the search systems such as AmazingHiring / TurboHiring etc. or any other additional tools that help you generate leads

Would be a plus:
➕Familiarity with Recruitment CRMs/ATS
➕Finding candidates in EU countries
➕Professional background in Sales
