Senior Team Lead - Mobile (Flutter) (offline)

What you’ll do:
- Design and document solutions architecture that covers both functional and non-functional requirements
- Take architecture decisions and communicate them to teams and stakeholders. Provide in-depth decision analysis if needed
- Be a technical mentor for teams, support teams in technical issues
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements. Identify solution risks and find ways to mitigate them
- Eventual reviews of solutions architectures, system changes, teams scope, and code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and decide on the best strategies to improve customers’ interaction with our mobile apps
- Prioritize information security and process maintenance throughout the mobile app lifecycle
- Work closely with Product Management, Design, and QA teams

What you have:
- 5+ years working as a full-time professional mobile developer in either native Android or iOS.
- High proficiency and experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Dart, ES6, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift
- Minimum 1 Year of proven development in Flutter framework
- Understanding BLoC architecture
- Experience with Firebase platform
- Experience building complex app architectures built around design systems are a plus.
- Willing to work with cross-platform frameworks
- Must be competent with Git (including rebasing, resolving merge conflicts)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and distribution
- General knowledge of Google Fit, HealthKit and other common Android/iOS libraries

What’s good to have:
- BS/MS in Computer Science
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications at App Store and Google Play Store
- Experience in working with large Healthcare systems
- Experience influencing software engineering best practices
- Ability to commit to a timeline, stay on task, and ensure sufficient availability to complete assigned tasks on time
- A positive never say never, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated with strong team and interpersonal skills
