Business Analyst (offline)

What you will do:
— Participate in pre-sales, support sales team
— Conduct discovery stage
— Identify customer needs
— Set tasks for the designer
— Describe requirements and approve them with the client

Requirements:
— 1 year of experience in business analysis
— Fluent written and verbal English, including technical writing skills (at least Upper-Intermediate)
— Experience in translating business needs/requirements into technical specifications
— Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle

Personal skills:
— ‘Start-up’ state of mind: understanding of start-up environment requirements and atmosphere, easily and rapidly adapting to changes
— Ability to work remotely but still coordinate with colleagues in a globally distributed team
— Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
— Ability to work on an individual and team basis
— Enthusiasm, fast learning, problem-solving attitude
