Business Development Manager (offline)

We hope you have:

β€” 3+ years of IT sales experience;
β€” Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent);
β€” Experience selling software solutions, staff augmentation services and development services at the C-level;
β€” Good understanding of the US and European markets and ability to manage and grow operations there;
β€” Ability to work independently, build and improve sales process;
β€” Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills;
β€” Experience in outbound campaigns and leads acquisition;
β€” Ability to work within geographically distributed team.


Would be a plus:

β€” Experience with CRM systems;
β€” Experience with MS PowerPoint (or similar).

Duties

β€” Accountable for the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to contract close;
β€” Lead the client acquisition process, identify clients’ real needs and work closely with the technical pre-sales team;
β€” Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas;
β€” Outbound lead acquisition and deals closure;
β€” Creating selling proposals and customized messages;
β€” Updating and maintaining company database of qualified leads and manage lead tracking;
β€” Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities.
