Recruiter (offline)

Your area of responsibility:
-Search and attract IT specialists for a specific vacancy;
-Present the company to candidates;
-Review CVs and pre-screens qualified candidates;
-Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment;
-Manage and maintain our ATS while sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders;
-Manage external postings to generate viable IT professionals who meet job qualifications and cultural standards;
-Nurture relationships and keep potential candidates warm and up-to-speed for future opportunities, both externally and internally;
-Adapt CVs for customers.

Skills and requirements:
-At least 2 years in a similar position;
-Understanding the specifics of the IT specialists searching;
-Knowledge of IT market in Kharkiv and Ukraine;
-Skills and desire to search and recruit for tech and admin vacancies;
-Excellent sourcing and engagement skills;
-Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent -pipelines;
-The ability to communicate with different people;
-Positive mindset;
-The desire to cultivate and achieve new results;
-At least Intermediate English level.
