JavaScript - understanding language fundamentals, good knowledge of key features. Commercial experience 4+ years.

Node.js - good knowledge of keys features. Understanding of V8 engine. Commercial experience 4+ years.
Application security

Optional:
Experience developing microservices architecture 2+ years.
Understanding of OOP principles. SOLID architecture. Design patterns.
Experience developing in AWS infrastructure, required to know next AWS services:
Route 53 - understanding of hosted zones, DNS records types, aliases.
Lambda - types of lambdas, key features, lifetime, usage specific, performance issues, scaling strategies.
API Gateway - custom domains, security, endpoint definitions.
S3 - understanding of usage, security issues, performance issues.
EC2 - basic understanding
ECS - basic understanding, performance issues, scaling strategies.
SQS - overall understanding.
SES - working with email templating, known limitations
Cloudfront - good understanding of caching strategies and services availability. Traffic routing rules.
Cloud formation - stack understanding, service low downtime.
