Responsibilities: - Understand business domain and challenges of the client - Discuss with the client possible technical solutions to solve business requirements - Identify corner cases and discuss behavior with the client - Discuss with the tech leads approach to the implementation and be ready to explain tech decisions to the client - Breakdown features into the deliverable stories - Define user stories and acceptance criteria - Communicate project status and plan the implementation by sprints - Ensure the team has everything needed for the value delivery to clients - Maintain product documentation for a smooth delivery - Set UI/UX tasks in advance so that the UI is ready before the implementation - Think out of box and find a balance between ready-to-use and custom solutions - Improve delivery process constantly - Willingness to learn new things and look for solution
Requirements: - Good spoken and written English - Experience in managing team of 4+ for at least 1 year - Holding a customer-facing position with the English-speaking clients - Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle - Ability to manage competing priorities - Technical background will be an advantage - Being ready for multitasking
