To join our team you just need to prove you possess such skills as:

β€’ 1+ years of experience in IT
β€’ Good knowledge of SQL
β€’ Basic knowledge of bug tracking systems
β€’ Analytical skills
β€’ Communication skills
β€’ Intermediate English level

We expect you tΠΎ be involved in:

β€’ Communicate with customer via Help Desk
β€’ Track and resolve customer questions and issues via tickets
β€’ Propose system improvements based on the tickets analysis
β€’ Create instructions for customers for the most frequent requests
β€’ Change customer system configurations if necessary
β€’ Participate in customer system deployment
β€’ Report bugs and participate in QA
β€’ Monitor system performance and initiate actions to correct system problems
