Position Overview
We’ve had a market presence in Ukraine since 2009. This is the Global R&D center with more than 120 employees supporting 20 top fuel retail customers which operate on 5 continents and 40+ countries. This position will have you join our FCx Compact product line – solutions for head office, back office and POS for fuel stations. It is large commercial development of enterprise level, run by 80+ specialists - QA Engineers, BAs, Architects, Developers and Leaders. Located in Kyiv and Hamburg.
Business Analysts is responsible for analysis of business and legal requirements, further specification of the respected functional requirements and alignment with all stakeholders in development cycle: customer, product management, development etc.
You are responsible for
Work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders
Create a complete picture of work-flows and functional requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
Create functional requirements in use cases/user stories. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables
Contribute to product
Qualifications
A history of successful projects
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field (IT specification)
Experience in specification of desktop solutions (Cloud-based systems)
MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
Documentation skills (JIRA, Confluence)
Experience in retail/banking and good understanding of payment systems
Good analytical, conceptual thinking skills, strong troubleshooting skills
Good communicational skills, team player
Ability to work independently
Result-oriented with attention to details
English Intermediate or higher
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fuel retail domain
Experience with forecourt devices
Knowledge of UX principles
Understanding of Waterfall methodology and SDLC processes
