Business Analyst (offline)

That’s why we are on a mission to empower people to grow their companies through better customer communication. We grew 2x over the last 12 months and are looking for a Business Analyst to help drive the vision, strategy, and success for our customers.

You will work on:
— Helping our clients in achieving their business goals;
— Leading client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements;
— Crystallization and launching new business ideas;
— Developing and managing detailed business and functional requirements;
— Creating roadmaps;
— Designing and implementing user tests to get actionable insights after launches;
— Evaluating and analyzing data, proposing and facilitating solutions to reach customer goals;
— Providing technical and functional expertise to project teams;
— Generating actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analysis;
— Providing customer insights as new initiatives are being identified, prioritized, implemented, and deployed.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager at an IT company;
— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;
— Excellent verbal & written communication skills — you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt — your vocabulary for different users (in English);
— Creative approach to problem-solving;
— Experience with Agile methodologies;
— Proven record of achieving business goals of the clients;
— Ability to work independently.

Would be a plus:
— Working with Enterprise Level clients.
