Project manager (offline)

Required skills:
— You are great at planning, defining project scope, eliciting risks, managing time;
— As a manager, you set priorities for the team and you see ‘the big picture’;
— You always keep track of the projects’ status, check reports in Jira;
— You create reports and presentations for clients and the team (to make sure everyone is in sync);
— You know how to estimate a development project, decompose tasks, see potential risks;
— You can manage and plan releases to App Store / Play Market.

Soft skills required:
— You communicate well with a client and your team;
— You are motivated to do better and can motivate your team for the same;
— You quickly solve any conflicts in your team (even better: you prevent them);
— You are proactive, you enjoy teamwork, and engage team member in a project;
— You take the responsibility for deadlines, deliverables, you own your decisions;
— You are flexible and stress-tolerant;
— You’re are always willing to learn and improve!

Will be a plus:
— Work experience with Analytics tools (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics / MixPanel);
— If you can conduct various kinds of Research (competitors, markets, etc);
— If you know about UX best practices not just in theory, but in practice.
