We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious people who will join our friendly and professional Customer Support Team. The key role of the position is to ensure high quality of customer service and help our clients get the best customer experience.

About the project: multilingual analytical product in the field of entertainment, focused on the countries of Scandinavia (Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland) with an audience of about 15 thousand users.

In plans: entering the market of Europe, Africa and South America. Development of infrastructure and product architecture to attract and retain more than a million users.

Requirements and qualifications:
PC user with speedy typing skills;
Ukrainian/Russian — fluent (native);
English — Advanced;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in customer support;
Ability to handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism to resolve issues;
High ability to learn and use tons of new information, and stay cool in any stress situation;
Familiarity with ticketing systems (like Zendesk, Intercom) is a huge plus

Working with current customers;
Communicating with customers through various channels (email, live-chat, over the phone);
Handle customer requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;
Analyze user behavior, develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, increasing their level of satisfaction;
Interact with other departments of the company to solve user problems and optimize processes.
