Senior Support/DevOps Engineer (offline)

Project Description:
Big international IT company is looking for Senior technical manager/DevOps to organize, support and manage any activities related to the administration of test environments in Banking project.

Responsibilities:
• Establishing the process of managing integrated test environments using innovative solutions and reliable architectural practices
• Implementation the process of deployment and parameterization of test environments in CI/CD
• Participation in the implementation of cloud technologies to ensure "fast" testing
• Management the process of optimal distribution of test environments between different project teams: planning, risk assessment, decision making, record keeping of the environments
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Ability to manage processes, people and technical resources within IT
• Confident knowledge of integration solutions:
- ESB, Microservices, ODI, P2P;
- web-services (REST, SOAP);
- queues / brokers (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Redis, etc)
- skills in appropriate tools
• Knowledge and confidence in RDBMS: DBA, SQL, PL/SQL
• All about SDLC and related tools
• Understanding of OOP, knowledge of programming language will be big +
• Experience or understanding of deploying virtual and cloud test environments, writing deployment scenarios and implementing them in CI/CD
• Understanding of load monitoring solutions
• Knowledge of approaches to anonymization of sensitive data
• Basic knowledge of testing techniques and tools
• Strong logical, analytical, communicative skills, ability to think strategically, ability to quickly find solutions


Experience / Education:
• Master's degree or more in Computer Science
• 3+ years of working experience in administration, configuration of environments and/or support of integration development and testing environments, and/or support of production environments
• Experience in cross-team, multitasking and multi-threaded development; workflow automation
• Experience in managing processes and teams in IT projects

Nice-to-Have Skills:
