Senior IT Recruiter / Staff coordinator (Client dedicated) (offline)

Your responsibilities will include:
· Recruiting, executive search and headhunting of IT specialists of different levels and Skills for big outsourcing Clients
· Staffing coordination and in-time adjustments of positions scope and priorities;
· Candidates' assessment and selection;
· Participating in the improvement of recruitment, procedures and regulations


Our requirements:
· 4+ years with proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as a part of the team in a fast-paced, demanding;
· Profound knowledge of Ukrainian and European IT market;
· Strong network of talented experts;
· Basic understanding of major programming technologies;
· Great communication skills;
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
· Service-oriented, great multi-tasker, attention to detail;
· B2+ in English.
