IT Recruiter (offline)

We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help Playson attract Software Engineers, QAs, and non-technical professionals to support our growth for 2021 and beyond. This will be a highly impactful role responsible for understanding our hiring needs, as well as using data and creativity to develop targeted recruitment strategies to hire candidates that embody our values.

What will you be doing:
💪Become part of a self-driven HR Team
💪Own the full-cycle recruitment need emergence to process from sourcing to onsite interviews, offers and closing candidates
💪Develop and execute fully comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
💪Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
💪Effectively communicate Playson’s mission and culture, and help candidates understand its impact and value
💪Build talent pools and foresee the recruitment pipeline’s filling
💪Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders and coach them on hiring best practices
💪Keep track of recruitment statistics and being able to justify your numbers
💪Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting at Playson by challenging the status quo and providing useful suggestions for improvement

To succeed in the role, you possess:
At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, tech-focused environment (product, outsource or agency experience with diverse job openings)
✅Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
✅Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
✅Capability of understanding and communicating complex technical requirements
✅Ability to develop solid relationships and proactively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
✅Creative and innovative approach to independently tackle problems with little direct supervision
✅Strong organizational and strategic problem-solving skills
✅Ability to navigate complex job negotiations, offer situations in order to overcome objections to ultimately show Playson’s value
✅Ability to follow the commitment within the agreed deadlines
✅Passion for meeting top talent, understanding what drives them, and providing a red carpet experience
✅Good English proficiency both verbal and written

Would be a plus:
➕Experience with recruitment process automation
➕Experience working in Scrum Team
➕Familiarity with Recruitee or a similar ATS
➕Experience finding the right talent in EU countries
