We are seeking a QA Engineer who has at least 4 years of experience in testing. We are ultimately looking for software test engineers who can think on their feet, build consensus, exercise sound judgement on a dynamic and fast-paced environment, all while driving development of a world-class AI product. You will need to learn quickly, raise and fix problems when you see them, and collaborate closely with your teammates.
4+ years working in QA at a software company;
Experience leading small sized projects from a QA standpoint from design to production;
Ability to diagnose bugs through SQL queries, analyzing network traffic, and parsing application logs;
Experience in building and maintaining manual test suites and bug reporting;
Experience working in a SaaS product, in particular, one centered around customer service;
Experience working in a start-up environment;
Experience with Exploratory Testing.
As a plus:
Test Automation experience (Webdriver, Cypress, Postman or similar tools).
Write, design, maintain and execute test scenarios and test ideas;
Prepare test reports and report bugs;
Collaborate with development, product and other areas to understand requirements and remove ambiguities;
Lead projects from a QA standpoint from design to production;
Set QA milestones and estimates for projects;
Represent QA in meetings and call out QA needs;
Create and set QA experiments.
