Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:
— At least 1.5 - 2 years of experience in project management
— Understanding of software development life cycle management;
— English — at least upper intermediate (spoken and written);
— Excellent communication skills
— Good time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— Understanding of Agile & Scrum;

Responsibilities:
— Manage software development teams to deliver project within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget and resources;
— Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
— Create and maintain project management documentation and revise as appropriate
— Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
— Prepare external and internal reports.
