Business Analyst (offline)

Skills:

* Knowledge of various business analysis activities across the entire software development life cycle as well as different delivery methodologies, requirements soliciting techniques.
* Experience using requirements management tools (Confluence)
* Experience in writing functional and non-functional requirements
* Experience in presenting functional design and solutions to the business audience is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Passionate for analysis, research, investigations, writing, and learning
* Team player
* Focused on driving results over processes
* Upper-intermediate and higher levels English language skills
* Previous working experience in e-commerce is a huge plus
* QA is a plus
* SF is a huge plus

Responsibilities:

* Collection and processing of requirements from stakeholders, optimal solutions search;
* Effective oral and written customer communication;
* Compilation and writing of documentation and manuals for users;
* Tickets grooming
* Consulting the team during the development and testing phases
* Support company-wide transformation initiatives
* Ability to work simultaneously on a few projects
