Project Manager E-Learning platform (offline)

Project team:
13 members in development team — middle & senior Python, Angular, QA Automation engineers. The major position is occupied by CTO from Sweden. Also we have TeamLead in Kyiv.

Team management:
Local Tech Lead, Foreign team including PM, UI/UX, Graphic Designers.

Project duration:
Long term. We work 4 years already.

Development stage:
In production.

Required skills:
3 + years of experience in Project Management;
Upper Intermediate level of English - MUST;
Understanding of the software development Life cycle;
Good analytical skills and attention to details;
Strong team player with good communication skills;
Understanding of Agile, Waterfall methodologies;
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Will be a plus:
Technical backgraund.

Tasks:
Assessment and improvement of development processes;
Evaluation of the performance of both individual members and the team as a whole;
Development and implementation of KPI;
Organization of planning and control of delivery of results;
Close communication with the customer.

Work schedule:
The full-time 100% remote work during the “red and orange zone” in Kyiv and with the mixed schedule: 50/50 remote and Kyiv office (Pechersk, 10 minutes from metro) during the “yellow zone” in Kyiv, and . Flexible workday (start from 8.00 to 11.00).

Interview stages:
Technical part (1 stage): tech skype-interview with PMO;
Final part (2 stage): interview with core team (CEO, COO, HR).
