The customer has the opportunity to build on what they have set up in Webforum by turning on features as their project grows in size and complexity. A powerful range of functions to manage documents, project planning, risks, issues, and much more means they never have to worry about growing out of our solution.
Webforum operates from Stockholm (head office) with partners in Sweden, Finland, and the United Kingdom., Development work is performed in Stockholm and Kyiv. The company is now a market-leading supplier of SaaS for project work in Scandinavia.
Webforum customers have over 15 000 projects in the service and over 50 000 users in 20+ countries. On a given week Webforum has more than 25 000 logins to the service. The customers range from small companies or project teams to multinational companies, governmental organizations, and some of the largest projects in the Nordic building and IT sector. The project to extend the new Stockholm Subway runs Webforum.
In our collaboration model, you will work and communicate directly with the development team on the client’s side. We love agile and scrum. We do encourage collaboration in all ways we can so you can expect business trips to Sweden.

You will be part of a stable, friendly, professional team that is responsible for the development of Webforum’s systems. You will have daily direct contact with the team in Sweden, and work closely with your colleagues in Kyiv.
You will work on existing modules as well as handle new development. This means that you will both need to understand complex business logic and be able to create new functionality from scratch.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of commercial experience with C#/.NET
- Experience with SQL Server (queries, database design, optimization)
- Knowledge of some type of API (front)
- Good written English, at least Intermediate speaking English
- Experience in Integrations and scalable systems
- Curiosity about DevOps and test automation
