What you’ll help us with:
- Build an efficient HR environment in hand with business leaders for achieving business objectives;
- Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy;
- Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement and 3R strategies (Reward, Retention, Recognition);
- Сonducting basic HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, internal relocations, exit specialists, etc.)
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees;
- Assisting in building Artkai brand and helping in bringing top talents to the company;
- Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions including interviewing, selection, negotiation (the team consists of 2 recruitment specialists);
- Planning team building and other corporate events.

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:
- 3+years of experience in HRM/HRG/HRBP role with headcount 50+;
- Experience in IT industry is a must
- Proven HR expertise in multiple HR disciplines and processes
- Ability to compose and describe HR business processes
- Understanding of the full cycle of recruiting (Junior, Middle, Senior C-Level);
- level of English: Upper-Intermediate or Intermediate.
