Senior IT-Recruiter (offline)

Currently, we are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to help us achieve our next goals in growth. You will also act as the recruiting leader and manage the entire recruitment cycle, including pre-consultation, recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- English: upper-intermediate or above.
- Experience in team management will be a benefit.

Responsibilities:
- Search and select candidates (mostly Middle/Senior IT roles) and match the right people with the right projects.
- Manage all recruitment stages (gather job requirements, coordinate interview processes, etc.).
- Solve different recruitment-related questions with clients and
- Managers/Team Leads.
- Take an active part in the implementation and optimization of the recruitment process.
