Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities
- Coordinating 10-15 projects simultaneously in different domains;
- Taking part in communication (between developers, client) during project production and manage expectations;
- People and resource management across multiple projects;
- Making sure that projects are delivered in agreed scope, conditions, and budget;
- Solving issues before the escalation arise;
- Providing weekly status reports, and ensuring that projects stay on track;

Requirements
- Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Experience in working with international companies in a service-oriented environment;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with the distributed team;
- Skilled in conflict mitigation and resolution;
- Good knowledge of the IT market and tendencies.

As a plus
- Having a background of staffing process;
- Experient in building a successful partnership with a customer;
- Participating or at least understanding Agile, Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban, and Issue management systems like Jira, Trello.
