System Administrator (offline)

Whom we’re looking for?
As IT Administrator, the primary focus of your role will be the automation of current manual processes with a help of development and configuration in different systems and platforms. You will work closely with a wide range of technical teams that will span across innovation, infrastructure, architecture (solutions, security), web, DevOps etc.

Responsibilities:
New User/PC setup (Win, Mac, Linux)
Basic server/service administration
Basic network troubleshooting
Hardware maintenance, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers to minimize disruption to end-users
Communicating effectively with end-users on different site
Liaising with 3rd party support teams/consultants if needed
Contribute to the department knowledge base
Remote support

Skills:
Experience with Windows\Mac\Linux operation systems
Understanding of virtualization technologies
Microsoft Active Directory experience
Experience with VPN solutions
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technically and technically minded end-users from different countries
Ability to prioritize workload
Willingness to learn new skills

Will be a plus:
Office 365 administration experience
Network configuration experience
Experience in PowerShell\Bash scripting
