Product Manager (offline)

OBJECTIVES:

Drive all customer development cycle processes and manage the internal product throughout its lifecycle from scratch:

- Collecting and analyzing customers' and end-users' needs to develop internal products;
- Describing user scenarios and requirements for how the product should work;
- Formulating and testing hypotheses;
- Conducting in-depth user interviews and user tests;
- Working with user feedback;
- Defining product strategy and roadmap;
- Running trials and MVPs, developing and delivering go-to-market launch plans;
- Defining and measuring engagement metrics, improving product performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Engagement in esports;
- Work experience in product management or in a related field with development in product management;
- Complete understanding of customer development cycle;
- Proven work experience in creating MVPs from 0;
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
- Ability to lead the team in the role of project manager and treat each delivery as a separate project;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- English knowledge from B2 level.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
